All cancellation requests must be made via email or phone. The cancellation will be considered only after confirmation from our team.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation before the travel date:

• More than 15 days before travel: Full refund minus 10% service charge
• 8–14 days before travel: 50% refund
• 7 days or less before travel: No refund

3. No-Show Policy

If a traveler does not show up on the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after deduction of applicable charges. The refund will be credited through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services such as flight tickets, permits, or advance hotel bookings may be non-refundable as per supplier policies.

6. Amendments & Changes

Any changes to bookings may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, depending on availability and service provider rules.
