1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of advance or full payment.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

2. Payment Policy

A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your tour package.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the commencement of the tour.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested via email or phone. Refunds will be processed as per the policy below:

• More than 15 days before travel: Full refund minus 10% service charge
• 8–14 days before travel: 50% refund
• 7 days or less before travel: No refund

4. Changes & Modifications

Any changes in travel dates, itinerary, or guest details are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
One World Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

6. Force Majeure

One World Tour and Travels shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other emergencies.

7. Conduct & Responsibility

Travelers are expected to follow local laws, cultural norms, and instructions provided by our representatives.
Any damage caused to property, vehicles, or accommodations due to negligence will be charged to the responsible traveler.
